Škofja Loka je mesto rokodelstva. Obrtniki in rokodelci že od nekdaj uporabljajo naravne materiale, iz katerih v različnih tehnikah izdelujejo rokodelske mojstrovine. Pomembno so vplivali na razvoj celotnega območja in na dejstvo, da je Škofja Loka že od nekaj pomembno trgovsko in kulturno središče.
V celodnevnem pedagoško-ustvarjalnem programu Dan za škofjeloško rokodelstvo, Od Loškega muzeja do Kreativnic, se posvečamo značilnim rokodelskim tehnikam – klekljanju, klobučarstvu, glavnikarstvu, platnarstvu in barvarstvu – ter povezujemo celo mesto, v katerem rokodelstvo še danes živi!
Pedagogical-creative program is intended for all-day cultural and technical days, and consists of three individual sets, which can also be selected modularly:
The entire program takes place in the old town of Škofja Loka. The program combines a look into the past, modern handicrafts and a practical creative experience, the experience of handicrafts.
